Your warranty period
New devices, including iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, have a 1-year warranty. New smaller accessories, including AirPods, chargers, cables and cases, have a 6-month warranty. Pre-owned devices have a 60-day warranty.
When cover starts
Your warranty starts on the purchase date. Keep your receipt or invoice: proof of purchase is required for a claim.
What is covered
Manufacturing faults and hardware failure under normal use are covered. After inspection, Applekings will repair or exchange a faulty item at our discretion.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal wear, or software and data issues.
